What is the minimum order for custom filter cartridges?
Prototypes can be made in small quantities for testing. Production MOQ depends on the construction — typical MOQ is 100 to 500 pieces per size (typical).
How long does a custom element take?
Prototype samples typically ship in 2 to 3 weeks, production after approval in 4 to 6 weeks (typical). Complex media combinations take longer.
Can you match an existing element from another supplier?
Yes. Send us the old element or its dimensions and we can match or improve it. This is the same process we use for interchange elements.
Do custom elements cost much more than standard?
Per piece, custom elements cost more at low volume, but tooling is amortized — at production volume the difference narrows sharply. We quote both paths so you can decide.
